How does it work?

The crowd-favorite Tennis Ball Drop is back at Howelsen Hill as part of The Fast & The Furriest: 5K9 Doggie Fun Run & Walk! For just $5, you can purchase a numbered tennis ball for a chance to win prizes from local merchants, restaurants, and more. Before the run, all balls will be dropped from the 60-meter ski jump—if yours lands in the goal net, you win! You don’t need to be present, but we’d love for you to join the fun and cheer on the drop.

Do I need to be present to win?

No, but we encourage you to attend the event since it’s a tail-wagging good time! If you cannot participate in the 5K but purchase a few tennis balls and your ball is a winner, we will notify you via email.

How will I know if I win?

We will announce winners at the event, but we will contact you afterward if you can’t make it.
