Sponsor a Kennel
At the animal shelter, the Routt County Humane Society spends almost $47,000 per year on medical assistance, spay/neuter, and advertising of shelter animals. The sponsorship program provides a great opportunity for families, community groups and companies to support the shelter animals.
In 202, 498 animals were welcomed through our doors. 123 of them were lost and reunited with their families while 330 found new homes after coming to us. Most need to be spayed or neutered before adoption and some had medical conditions (illness or injury) that required veterinary care.
