Join Routt County Humane Society and Steamboat Digs Dogs as we celebrate Dog Town USA during the 4th of July Parade!
Get ready to wag, walk, and wave those flags!
Routt County Humane Society (RCHS) and Steamboat Digs Dogs (SDD) invite community members (and their furry friends) to join us for a tail-wagging good time at the 4th of July Parade, Dog Town USA style!
Meet us at 8:45 AM on July 4th on 10th Street near Steamboat Meat & Seafood to walk (or ride!) in the parade with fellow dog lovers. Whether you’ve got a pup by your side or just a love for animals, everyone is welcome!
The first 65 participants will receive a “Got Dog?” t-shirt and a festive flag bandana for their dog. Dogs must be on a leash, and we encourage you to bring water and plenty of spirits! For pups who prefer to kick back and relax, trailers will be available, allowing them to catch a ride and enjoy the parade in comfort. No dog? No problem – carry a fun sign and show your support for Routt County Humane Society, Steamboat Digs Dogs, and the joy dogs bring to our community.
Registration is limited. Please email kconnell@resortgroup.com or ehicks@routthumane.org with your name, email, and the number of human and dog participants in your party to reserve your spot!
